Christmas is coming! - CakeMixing at The Westin
A cloudy day with a chance of raining dry fruits and nuts! That is not exactly a weather forecast, but it indeed was a cloudy day and a rather pleasant one when The Westin hosted its #CakeMixing event.
Cake Mixing is an age old tradition they say, and I have seen a lot of places doing it quite regularly. People gather up and enjoy the activity of mixing dry fruits and nuts in huge amounts of rum and brandy and wine(at places). These would later be used in cake baking for Christmas.
The staff at The Westin made sure that the guests participated and enjoyed the whole ceremony, which concluded with high tea and snacks. And that was not the end of it, the hotel had also organized a cup-cake decoration competition for under-privileged children with the help of an NGO. Truly a nice gesture!

If you are still employed, you can't draw back the funds in your PF account.
